Hello everyone, as I sit here in my room / studio apartment at 3:37 am on this 3rd day of February 2024, thinking just how wonderful and blessed my life has become over the past year after moving in here at the Atlas Hotel in Indianapolis, and finding such good and helpful friends like Del Bock and Mr. Gordon and James, and Hardrock and Macky who I feel that are more then just friends but more like family. These wonderful people who will always take in to account the needs of others who will go the extra mile to help those in need, I have learned a lot about these wonderful people after living here. My Heart, thoughts and prayers will always go out to these guys for helping me at times of need and a special thank you to Del Bock for having such a impact on my life and always having such inspiring words of wisdom, Del is more then just my landlord, he's a friend and I consider him to be like a big brother in my life, what the world needs is more people like Del Bock, a God Send , he is someone you can count on, someone to listen when you need someone to care , I can't speak for others who live here in this building, but in my personal opinion, I'm lucky to have him as a friend and brother in Christ . Dear Heavenly Father thank you for allowing me life for allowing me peace in my heart and allowing me to have good friends and family, food in my refrigerator and a roof over my head at night, I feel so loved nowadays after being through so much over the past few years, losing my parents and brother and both sisters. Special thanks to Del Bock, Macky, Hardrock, my dearest friend Steven Schmidt who always has my back and a shoulder to cry on when I feel sad and lost. May God always inspire those in need and Jesus Christ who will always be there for you when in doubt and need .

I have a question. Is this place still renting? I tried to go inside to talk to someone, but both doors are locked and there's no bell or ringer and no one seems to answer the phone

Manager of the Building and Parking lot works his ass off to make sure the "Guest's" upstairs and people parking in the outside lot are accommodated. He has been there 20 plus years, on and off, and deserves a massive pay raise for what he does.

I came here after living in an apartment that was deemed "luxury" downtown Indianapolis. That apartment was nothing as they described and had so many issues i cant even explain on here. What i did experience here at the atlas hotel in the almost year I've been here is consistent communication, cleanliness, mostly great neighbors, laundry facilities, trash taking out daily and consistently changed. Hardrock (building manager) is always nice and any issues ive had (which are few) he's on it! Mack as well always consistently busy sweeping hallways, stairwells, mopping and making sure all restrooms are clean. Sometimes we even get surprised with doughnuts for everyone in the building. There is a bit of a community feel here and I've met a few people who have been here awhile who are great and look out for each other. Pluses are: clean environment Communication Attentiveness Mostly good neighbors Caring management The only thing i would add is building was wifi enabled but that is a personal choice as well.

Hello today is February 7th, 2026, well I'm finally Home and living back at the Atlas Hotel located at 433 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis Indiana 46204. After 5 months of traveling to Los Angeles California and Fort Lauderdale Florida I felt it was time to return Home to Indianapolis and move back to what I feel both in my heart and in my soul is the Atlas Hotel. The Atlas is definitely a place where a person can feel safe and comfortable and of course always be Welcomed by the Person who oversees the building Reverend Del Bock who I personally feel is way much more then someone who run the Atlas but a close personal friend and brother in Christ. I've never met the owner but to my knowledge I heard wonderful things about him and how he makes the Atlas a home to those in need of feeling welcomed and respected . Plus the Wonderful Staff that also makes the Atlas feel like a Home Brian ( better known as Hardrock) He oversees the function and maintenance of the building, then there is Macky and Paul that keeps the place looking clean by making sure the Hallways are clean and the bathrooms in the building are clean and well organized. The trash reciprocals are emptied several times a day. The kitchen area on the second floor is kept clean and well maintained which I find it very efficiently rewarding to have a place like this. I might travel a lot but I can always find a home as the Atlas Hotel. Some of the wonderful perks of living here is being centrally located near the Indigo bus station, Needler's Market, Whole Foods, DGX also within walking distance. Several restaurants in walking distance. Also having a well maintained parking lot in the rear of the building security cameras 24/7 secured front and back door that takes a key pod to gain access to the building. Emergency responders having access 24/7 to the building which makes a person feel safe and comfortable. Well I hope whoever reads this review has enjoyed my post feel free to leave a comment check out the other reviews which I'll be posting a review on Yelp also because I have a lot of followers on Yelp and on Instagram and on Facebook you might also want to check out Reverendale Del Bock Facebook. Del is simply a wonderful kind-hearted great person to be able to call a friend and a brother in Christ. My heart my prayers and my compassion will always go out to the owner of this establishment and to Del and to the friendly staff . Normally I give a five-star review and two thumbs up in this particular review I'm going to give a 10-star review and a four thumbs up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just wanted to let everyone know that Charles Roberts (Fred) former building super/maintenance guy passed away last Christmas. On and off he spent some 33 plus years at the Atlas and was an integral part of it's history.
